According to a Bloomberg report citing people familiar with the matter, Nu Holdings is exploring the acquisition of U.K.-based Monzo Bank.

Advent International, the private equity firm, is interested in buying a stake in Monzo, the British neobank which is in talks about a takeover which could value it at as much as £10bn. Sky News has learnt that Advent, which recently explored a $53bn (£40bn) bid for PayPal, is one of several buyout firms which have held initial talks about acquiring a minority shareholding in Monzo.
