Ashford Hospitality Trust, Inc. AHT

The global investment firm, alongside Clearview Hotel Capital, purchased the hotel from subsidiaries of Ashford Hospitality Trust for $158 million.

The real estate investment trust has closed seven hotel sales so far this year as it looks to improve leverage, liquidity and cash flow, per CEO Stephen Zsigray.

Ashford Hospitality Trust expects these sales to close by May 2026, subject to customary conditions.
