CHARLESTON, W.Va., September 30, 2026--City Holding Company, "the Company" (NASDAQ: CHCO), a $6.8 billion bank holding company headquartered in Charleston, on September 30, 2026 declared a dividend of $1.00 per common share for shareholders of record as of October 15, 2026. The dividend is payable on October 30, 2026. The dividend represents a 15% increase from the 87 cents per share cash dividend paid in the second quarter of 2026.
