Paratus Energy Services Ltd. (ticker: PLSV) ("Paratus" or the "Company") announces that Mr. Dag Skindlo has informed the Board of Directors that he will step down as a member of the Board of Directors with effect from 23 September 2026 in order to focus on his executive role and other commitments.
Reference is made to previous updates from Paratus Energy Services Ltd. ("Paratus" or the "Company") in relation to the ongoing Petrobras PLSV tender process for contracts commencing in 2028. As disclosed in the Company's Q2 2026 interim results report, the Seagems joint venture submitted bids for Jade and a third-party vessel to which it has secured exclusive access to in the event of a contract award.
Reference is made to the announcement by Paratus Energy Services Ltd. (OSLO: PLSV) ("Paratus" or the "Company") on 28 August 2026, regarding key information relating to the Q2 2026 cash dividend to be paid to the Company's shareholders.
