Makkler vs. eToro CopyTrader
eToro's CopyTrader is a real, regulated way to automatically mirror another investor's trades with your own funded account. Makkler is something else entirely: a transparent record of a creator's own portfolio and reasoning that you read, learn from, and act on yourself - Makkler never touches your money. Neither replaces the other; they solve different problems.
The most important difference to understand: eToro is a regulated broker - when you copy a Popular Investor, your own funded brokerage account automatically places matching trades, putting your capital directly at market risk. Makkler is not a broker and does not execute trades, hold funds, or move anyone's money. A Club shows you a creator's real portfolio and their reasoning; what you do with that information, and where, is entirely up to you.
Two different products
You want your capital automatically allocated the same way as a trader you picked, proportionally, in near real time, inside a regulated brokerage relationship. You're trusting the platform and the trader's track record to do the work of deciding entries and exits for you.
You want to see exactly what a creator holds, in real allocation and real time, with their own written reasoning attached to every position - and then form your own view, using whatever broker or platform you already use. Nothing here places a trade for you.
