1. Data we collect

• Account information: full name, email address, password (stored hashed).
• Membership and payment information: which Club and package you're subscribed to, and the amount processed through the payment provider (your card details are not stored on Makkler's servers).
• Usage data: pages you view, posts, and notification preferences.
• If you submit a creator application: additional information such as phone number, SPK license number (if any), and channel link.

2. Why we process your data

• To create your account, secure it, and provide you with our service,
• To operate membership and payment processes,
• To send notifications (new posts, portfolio updates, message replies, etc.),
• To meet our legal obligations.

3. Who we share data with

Your data is not shared with third parties other than the payment provider that processes transactions, our email/notification infrastructure providers, and, where legally required, authorized public authorities. Your data is never sold.

4. Retention period

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active and for the period required by our legal retention obligations. If you request account deletion, data not subject to legal requirements is deleted within a reasonable time.

5. Cookies

Essential session cookies are used to keep you signed in. We do not currently use third-party cookies for advertising or tracking purposes.
