Krystal Biotech reported $127.3 million in global VYJUVEK revenue for the third quarter, up 30% from a year earlier, and net income of $63.1 million. The company’s board also authorized a share repurchase program of up to $400 million.

Net income was $63.1 million, compared with $79.4 million in the third quarter of 2025. Revenue for the quarter was $127.3 million, versus $97.8 million a year earlier. Krystal reported a 94% gross margin.

The company ended September with $1.2 billion in cash, cash equivalents and investments. Chief Executive Krish S. Krishnan said VYJUVEK revenue was supporting profitability and funding the company’s pipeline and global commercial expansion.

Krystal said it expects to make repurchases opportunistically over the next two years. The program has no expiration date and does not require the company to buy back any shares. The timing and amount will depend on factors including the share price, business conditions and the company’s capital needs.

Pricing negotiations for VYJUVEK are complete in Germany and Italy, and Krystal expects to launch the treatment in Italy in early 2027. The company reported more than 760 reimbursement approvals for the treatment in the United States.
