Delete your account

You can delete your Makkler account at any time, from the app or from the website. This page explains how, and what is deleted and what is kept.

How to delete it

• In the Makkler app (Android or iOS): open Account, scroll to the bottom, tap Delete account and confirm.
• On the website: sign in, open My Account, scroll to Delete account and confirm.

If you can't sign in, write to [email protected] from the email address of the account and we'll delete it for you.

What is deleted

• Your name, email address, password, profile photo and two-step verification settings.
• Your memberships (they end immediately), notifications, watchlists, saved portfolio holdings, comments and direct messages.
• Your linked wallet address, push notification tokens and every signed-in session.
• Any Makkler balance you have left. It cannot be refunded or moved once the account is deleted.

What is kept

Payment, refund and ledger records are kept for the period the law requires (tax and anti-fraud obligations). They no longer carry your name or email address - they are linked only to an anonymous "Deleted user" record - and they are used for nothing else.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account stops any membership or MakklerPRO subscription billed by Makkler. A subscription billed by Google Play or the App Store can only be cancelled by you in that store, so cancel it there first (Google Play: Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions; iPhone: Settings > your name > Subscriptions).

Creators

Creator accounts have members and earnings attached to them, so they are deleted by our team. Write to [email protected].
