COPENHAGEN, Denmark, August 12, 2026--Cadeler has completed the final turbine installation at the 960 MW He Dreiht Offshore Wind Farm in the German North Sea. The final turbines were installed by Wind Keeper, under its long-term contract with Vestas.

Cadeler A/S has announced its strategic acquisition of Menck, a leading global provider of specialist equipment and technology solutions for offshore foundation installation.

The acquisition is financed through Cadeler’s available funds and a €380m facility from DNB Bank and Coöperatieve Rabobank.
