SAN DIEGO, September 15, 2026--Innovative Industrial Properties, Inc. (NYSE: IIPR) ("IIP" or the "Company") announced today that its board of directors has declared a third quarter 2026 dividend of $1.90 per share of common stock, representing an annualized dividend of $7.60 per common share. Since its inception in 2016, the Company has paid $1.2 billion in common stock dividends to its shareholders.
