Prescient Therapeutics chief executive James McDonnell talked with Proactive about the company’s share purchase plan, which is targeting up to $7 million to support the ongoing Phase 2a clinical program for its lead cancer therapy, PTX-100. The funds will help Prescient Therapeutics continue progressing PTX-100 through the study, with an important near-term milestone expected later in 2026. The company is currently running Phase 2a trial sites in Australia, the United States and Italy, with France expected to join the program in the early part of next year. The study has enrolled 28 patients.
