On 29 July 2026, the Board of Directors of Tetragon declared a dividend of U.S.$ 0.12 (12.00 cents) per share in respect of the second quarter of 2026. The ex-dividend date is 31 July 2026. The record date is 3 August 2026. Payment of the dividend will take place from 26 August 2026.
Tetragon today announces the commencement of a tender offer to purchase a portion of its outstanding non-voting shares for a maximum aggregate payment of $50,000,000 in cash. The tender offer, which was initially announced by Tetragon on 29 July 2026, will be conducted as a "modified Dutch auction" with shareholders able to tender their Tetragon non-voting shares at prices ranging from and including $12.75 up to and including $14.75 per share. The tender offer is expected to expire at 11:59 p.m.
Despite a challenging first half marked by significant mark-to-market losses, Tetragon's strategic exits and strong life sciences performance provide a counterbalance to the negative returns.
