The new Old Town location is the brokerage's fifth office opening in three years and brings several agents into Pasadena.
Aaron Kirman’s Christie's International Real Estate Southern California has opened an office in Pasadena, its fifth opening in three years. The firm said its Pasadena headcount generated more than $300 million in sales over the past 12 months.
The office is at 117 East Colorado Boulevard in Old Town Pasadena. The brokerage also has offices in Brentwood, Encino, Corona del Mar and Calabasas.
The new location adds agents Amy Weber, Carla Buigues, Tracie Heileson and Sheila Arat, along with Shannon Scavo, who joined from Maisonre. The team also includes existing Christie's SoCal agents, among them Peter Owens.
Kirman said he is not aiming for a specific headcount. He described the goal for satellite offices as being “small and stealth,” rather than matching the size of larger brokerages.
Christie's SoCal is part of Compass, but Kirman operates as a franchisee and controls the brokerage’s direction. The firm ranked eighth in The Real Deal’s latest Los Angeles County ranking for on-market sales above $1 million, recording $2.1 billion in sales across 525 transactions from July 2025 to July 2026.
Pasadena’s median sold-home price was $1.2 million in July, according to Zillow, compared with $905,667 for Los Angeles County. A home at 380 South San Rafael Avenue, marketed by Christie's SoCal agents, is back on the market for $32 million after selling for $20.5 million in 2025.
