Compass Pathways Names Kelley Boucher Chief People Officer

Boucher will lead the company’s people strategy as it prepares for a planned regulatory filing and a potential COMP360 launch.

Compass Pathways appointed Kelley Boucher chief people officer, effective Sept. 30, the company said. She will oversee its people strategy, initially focusing on preparations for a planned launch of COMP360 psilocybin in the first half of 2027, subject to FDA approval.

Chief Executive Kabir Nath said the company is preparing to submit a new drug application for COMP360 in the fourth quarter. He said Boucher will help expand Compass’s capabilities as it prepares to move from clinical development toward commercial operations.

Boucher brings more than two decades of leadership experience in biotechnology and healthcare, according to the company. Before joining Compass, she was chief people officer at Apellis Pharmaceuticals and held a senior human resources role at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals.

At Alnylam, she helped guide the company’s shift from a research-focused organization to a global, commercial-stage biotechnology company. Boucher said she looks forward to building on Compass’s culture and helping its employees work together as the company moves into its next chapter.
