Denge Yatırım Holding has begun a valuation of its 75% stake in Metrobil Teknoloji, after agreeing to sell all of those shares to Metrobil partner Mehmet Horasan for 95,000,000.00 lira. The company said the sale agreement was signed on September 16.

On October 12, Denge’s board unanimously approved hiring SPK-licensed SGD Bağımsız Denetim to assess the shares’ fair market value as of the transfer date. The valuation is intended to serve as a reference for the sale price.

The valuation work has started, but the KAP disclosure does not say it is complete or confirm that the shares have been transferred. The valuation itself does not complete the sale.
