Gülermak Shareholder Raises Stake to 47.36% After Purchase

Gülermak Emlak Yapı İnşaat Yatırım A.Ş. bought 77,128 nominal units of Gülermak Ağır Sanayi İnşaat ve Taahhüt shares on October 9, according to a notice reported by the company to KAP. The purchase was made at prices between 136.78 and 137 lira.

Following the transaction, the shareholder’s stake in Gülermak reached 47.36% as of October 9. Gülermak Emlak Yapı said the purchase reflected its confidence in the company’s operations, growth potential and ability to create long-term value.
