Re-Pie Cuts Its BİG Medya Stake to 12.75%

Re-Pie Yatırım Holding reported selling BİG Medya Teknoloji shares with a total nominal value of TL 255,339 between Oct. 5 and Oct. 9. Its stake and voting rights fell from 13.51% to 12.75% by Oct. 9, according to the KAP disclosure.

The sales were reported across prices ranging from TL 51.35 to TL 79.80. Re-Pie reported no purchases during the period.

The transactions reduce Re-Pie’s ownership in BİG Medya; they are sales by a shareholder, not a purchase of shares by the company or new capital for it.
