S&P Global Sets Fourth-Quarter Dividend at $0.97 Per Share

S&P Global’s board approved a fourth-quarter 2026 cash dividend of $0.97 per share. It will be paid on Dec. 10 to shareholders of record on Nov. 25.

The company said its annualized dividend rate is $3.88 per share. S&P Global has paid a dividend every year since 1937 and has increased it annually for more than 50 years.
