Thunder Bridge Units Set for Separate Trading on October 5

Holders of 30,015,000 IPO units may trade the Class A shares and warrants separately, subject to a broker request to the transfer agent.

Thunder Bridge Capital Partners V will allow holders of its initial public offering units to separate the Class A shares and warrants starting October 5. The company said 30,015,000 units were sold in the offering.

Separated Class A ordinary shares will trade on Nasdaq under TBCV, while warrants will trade under TBCVW. Units that remain intact will continue trading under TBCVU, and only whole warrants will be issued when units are separated.

Holders must ask their brokers to contact Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company, the company’s transfer agent, to separate their units. The registration statement for the securities was declared effective on August 12, 2026.

Thunder Bridge is a blank check company formed to pursue a business combination, such as a merger, asset acquisition or share purchase. It may pursue a deal in any industry or location, but said it intends to focus its search on high-potential businesses based in the United States.
