Title Resources Group Adds Technology Chief With Mortgage Sector Experience

Title Resources Group appointed Brian Ruzycki as chief technology officer on Sept. 28. In the new role, he will oversee the title insurance underwriter’s technology organization.
Chief Executive Kevin Wall described the appointment as an “important milestone” in strengthening the company’s technology leadership. He said Ruzycki brings strategic vision, operational discipline and technical expertise, and will help TRG use technology to serve customers and support employees.
Ruzycki has more than 20 years of technology leadership experience across mortgage lending, servicing, capital markets, fintech, cloud-based subscription software and real estate technology. Most recently, he was CTO at MAXEX, leading its technology platform, cloud infrastructure strategy and artificial intelligence initiatives.
Earlier, he held senior technology leadership roles at RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing, Homeowners Financial Group, Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation, Carrington Mortgage Holdings and Xome. Ruzycki said he plans to build on TRG’s existing foundation and help the organization keep evolving and innovating.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University, completed executive leadership training through the Center for Creative Leadership and serves as a mentor in the University of Texas at Dallas MBA Mentorship Program.
