The former FactSet chief executive succeeds co-founder Neil Walker as TradingHub targets growth in equities surveillance, AI and new regions.
TradingHub appointed Phil Snow as chairman, the company announced on Oct. 13. He succeeds co-founder Neil Walker, who stepped down as executive chair earlier this year and remains on the board.
Snow was FactSet’s chief executive from 2015 to 2025. TradingHub said FactSet more than doubled revenue and expanded its products and global presence during his tenure.
Snow said banks using TradingHub for fixed-income surveillance are looking to add equities surveillance. He also cited work with customers on AI agents for surveillance and plans to expand into regions including Asia-Pacific.
