Türk Altın Names Ali Ketencioğlu to Two Governance Roles

Türk Altın İşletmeleri said its board appointed Ali Ketencioğlu investor relations department manager and a member of the corporate governance committee. The company reported the decision in a KAP disclosure on Oct. 12.

The appointment was made under Capital Markets Board Communiqué II-17.1 on corporate governance. In practical terms, Ketencioğlu will hold both roles; the disclosure announces no change to the company’s ownership or funding.
