Specialized in corporate turnaround transactions, Oxy Capital will operate with a Chinese industrial partner and Invitalia, Italy’s agency for development of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
While discussions with Oxy Capital Italia are still pending, an investor active mainly in Asia is eyeing the Italian fashion group, which also controls Alberta Ferretti and Pollini.
Due diligence is ongoing and Oxy Capital, specialized in corporate turnaround transactions, is acting “as lead investor on behalf of a consortium of industrial and financial partners," stated Aeffe.
The measure could affect staff based both in Milan and San Giovanni in Marignano, the town in Italy’s Emilia-Romagna region where the company is based.
