TORONTO, September 29, 2026--Choice Properties Real Estate Investment Trust ("Choice Properties" or the "Trust") (TSX: CHP.UN) announced today that it will be reporting third quarter 2026 results on Thursday, November 12, 2026, after-market hours.
TORONTO, September 22, 2026--Choice Properties Real Estate Investment Trust ("Choice Properties", the "Trust" or "we") (TSX: CHP.UN) announced today that it has completed its previously announced issuance, on a private placement basis in certain provinces of Canada (the "Offering"), of $300 million aggregate principal amount of series Y senior unsecured debentures of the Trust bearing interest at a rate of 4.836% per annum and maturing on September 22, 2033 (the "Debentures").
TORONTO, September 15, 2026--Choice Properties Real Estate Investment Trust ("Choice Properties", the "Trust" or "we") (TSX: CHP.UN) announced today that it has agreed to issue, on a private placement basis in certain provinces of Canada (the "Offering"), $300 million aggregate principal amount of series Y senior unsecured debentures of the Trust that will bear interest at a rate of 4.836% per annum and will mature on September 22, 2033 (the "Debentures").
